Mystery Guest
This year we have a great line up of instructors but we have one more guest to add.
He has been dancing since the mid 1970's and has a very impressive list of accomplishments to his credit.
In addition to his work on the movie, "Urban Cowboy", he is an accomplished Western Dance competitor, DJ, and choreographer whose credits include the popular Kaw-liga, Tush-Push, Rebel Soldier, and Texas Waltz (AKA: Waltz Across Texas). His popular "Flying-8" has also been modified, over the years and is danced under the name "Travelling 4-Corners".
Among his other achievements, he has a degree in dance, including training at the prestigious Juilliard School of Music earning his Doctorate from CMSU in Warrensburg, Mo.
What many do not know is that he was very active in several other fields, including horse training, (Race horses and Show horses), and frequently worked as a stuntman, in many well known movies.
Who is this Mystery Man? Come on out Saturday, October 8th to the dance with Battle Creek Station band. At one of the band breaks he will teach his famous Tush Push to everybody who comes out on the dance floor. So learn it from the man who started it all, teaching back at Gilley's in Fort Worth, Texas!
